Nicholas Choy is a Paramedic and Educator with 10 years of experience in prehospital emergency care, covid-19 ops and trauma life support.
He founded two companies and this is his story...
Formerly a senior instructor with the SAF Medical Training Institute.
He co-managed the WSQ Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) Course and led a team of 20 to conduct training for over 1,200 medics from SAF, SCDF, and SPF
After leaving the SAF, he enjoy working with my clients who are usually between 40s to 70s.
Our focus is health and for them get healthier and prevent chronic diseases.
Ensuring they are independent and continue a good quality life through their golden years
I am also an Educator with the International Sports Academy. Sharing with future sports leaders and aspiring PT on fitness & health topics
